enum DistanceBucket : Enum<DistanceBucket>

Which running total a fix's displacement was added to.

The buckets are the point of the whole design: a user is shown a cleaned distance they can trust, while the raw figure stays recoverable for audit. NONE means the displacement was measured but deliberately counted nowhere.
