canShareImage

True only when a Context has been installed AND the host app actually declares the FileProvider.

The provider is looked up rather than assumed. Without it getUriForFile throws, the share silently does nothing, and the caller has already skipped its text fallback believing the image path would work — the exact failure this function exists to prevent.

Whether shareImage does anything on this platform right now. Android reports false until the host app has called FeedbackAndroid.install(context), because the share needs a Context.

Callers branch on this instead of calling shareImage hopefully and showing nothing: a share button that silently does nothing is worse than one that shares text.

True unconditionally. UIActivityViewController is part of UIKit — unlike Android, there is no host-app wiring (no Context, no FileProvider declaration) that can be missing.
