A row of TagChips that wraps onto as many lines as it needs.

Backed by Compose 1.12's FlexBox rather than FlowRow, for the gap and wrap control FlowRow cannot express in one config object.

The experimental opt-in is contained here, exactly as InputProfile contains mediaQuery's. Consumers call this and never import androidx.compose.foundation.layout.FlexBox.

History, because the opt-in's absence is load-bearing: FlexBox was experimental through CMP 1.12.0-rc01, which resolved AndroidX 1.12.0-rc01. CMP 1.13.0-alpha01 resolves foundation-layout 1.13.0-alpha02, which promoted FlexBox to stable and DELETED the ExperimentalFlexBoxApi marker outright, so the old opt-in became a dangling reference that failed every Compose target at once. Do not re-add it.
