Defaults to InputProfile.Touch rather than erroring, for the same reason LocalAdaptiveTokens defaults to CompactTokens: a leaf composable rendered in a @Preview or a Compose UI test has no app shell above it, and touch-phone affordances are the safe wrong answer.
